JEREMY HEFELE
Head Coach
Hefele was named interim head coach in May 2025 after three seasons as Cory Beddick's top assistant and pitching coach, joining Gettysburg for the 2023 season.
He primarily serves as the team's pitching coach, bringing collegiate head coaching experience to the Gettysburg staff.
Hefele spent the 2022 season as the head coach at Clarks Summit University and was the interim head coach for the 2021 season at Cairn after serving as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the Highlanders from 2018-20. He was also a head coach in the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League, guiding the Trenton Generals to the 2021 championship.
He was a four-year starting pitcher at Delaware Valley. He made 28 starts over his four years with six complete games. He earned MAC academic honors in 2016, 2017, and 2018 and was the team captain as a senior.
He earned his bachelor's in business administration, graduating cum laude from Delaware Valley before earning his MBA at Cairn.
JAYSON KRAMER
Full Time Assistant Coach
Kramer joined the Gettysburg coaching staff for the 2025 season.
Kramer is a local product, playing his high school ball at Cumberland Valley and collegiately the last two seasons at Division I Mount St. Mary’s.
Kramer’s collegiate career started at Patrick Henry Community College, where he led the squad to an NJCAA Region X title in 2021. The Patriots advanced to the NJCAA Baseball World Series and finished third in the nation. An all-region performer in the outfield, he hit .372 and was awarded the American Baseball Coaches Association/Rawlings Gold Glove in his first season.
He joined The Mount for the 2023 and 2024 season. In his first year with the Mountaineers, he hit .312, starting 50 of the 51 games in the outfield. He started 107 games over two years, recording more than 50 hits each year, rapping out 22 doubles and 13 home runs among his 112 hits. In 2024, he earned MAAC All-Tournament honors. He was an All-Academic performer each season at both Patrick Henry and Mount St. Mary’s.
He earned his bachelor of science in sports management with a minor in business administration, graduating with honors in May.
